This notice covers visits to this website. The GM Dental Gold Card app has its own privacy policy. Each practice handles patient records under its own privacy notice, which the practice can give you.

What we collect

• No forms, accounts, cookies or analytics. You cannot enter information on this website, and it does not track you or build a profile of your visit.
• Technical connection data. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, our hosting provider (Railway) and our network and security provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser details and the pages you request. Your browser may also send Cloudflare a report if a page fails to load. They process this for us to run the site securely (our legitimate interest) and keep it only for a limited period under their own terms.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply (our legitimate interest in answering you) and keep them only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. Please do not send health information by email.

Links to other websites

Booking links take you to each practice's online booking system, and some links go to other websites such as Companies House. Those sites have their own privacy notices and cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
